PD Lab Humor

So PD Lab was worth going to for once… Not only did I learn something for once (though I hope I didn't look like too much of an ass for answering a lot of questions. Couldn't help it — they drilled cardio into us in EMT school), but it was humorous as well. Some of the pearls:
Tutor to Student Model: I didn't get much of a thrill palpating (touching) your chest.
Tutor: For the best thrill, lean the patient forward.
Student 1: We can't see the pulsation in the internal jugular vein
Tutor: Oh it looks like she has a hickey.
Student Model: Oh, I don't have time for that in medical school.
Student 2: Oh, I do.
Needless to say, the rumors will soon be flying. (Seems that people have nothing better to do on a small island than spread rumors.)

we did that same CV lab in clinical skills last week…I also hoped I didn’t sound too obnoxious…but no one else knew anything! although I couldn’t find any pulsating jugular veins either.
