Full-Time Job

I didn't realize how nice our pre-first exam schedule was. I don't know what they were thinking, but we now have classes and labs scheduled from 8 AM to 5 PM every day, with a one hour break for lunch. It's almost like medical school is a full-time job. From 8 to 12 we have lectures, and then from 1 to 5 we have labs, in pathology, microbiology and physical diagnosis. Then we have to go home and study. Oh yeah, there is sleeping and eating in there some time too. You first-termers think you have it bad? Just wait until fourth term. :-)
