[1] Create A United States Emergency Medical Services Administration Petition - "EMS needs representation at the Federal level, as first responder policy and funding are debated. EMS must be transferred from the Department of Transportation to the Department of Homeland Security where a U.S. Emergency Medical Services Administration should be established."
