Woo hoo, I just made the age cut: Recruiting physicians from Generation X - "Physicians from Generation X-commonly defined as those born between 1965 and 1980-are using different criteria for choosing their employers than their workaholic baby boomer predecessors. Gone are the days when young doctors put dollars and prestige on top of the list. Newly minted Generation X physicians are more likely to put lifestyle issues ahead of all others in their search for that first job."
