Evidently AED's aren't idiot-proof. My condolences to the family of the victim. [1] EMT faces charge in death of co-worker - "An emergency medical technician faces an involuntary manslaughter charge in the death of a co-worker who police said succumbed after being zapped with a cardiac defibrillator."
