Answer: Name that Lesion I

This is the thrilling conclusion to "Name that Lesion I" that all of 1 person took a shot at. I know there are a couple of doctors that read this blog. Good, I thought I might have to remember that anatomy stuff :-P

The artery with the bend in it, as well as the other joining in the left picture are the vertebral arteries.  Where they join (the straight section) is the basilar artery, which is occluded.  Symptoms would be essentially the same as noted.
