Rochester Blues

Rochester can get a bit bleary in the winter (which is about 10 months long), but I don't remember it being this bad:
A resident of the Delta Upsilon fraternity house approached officers and admitted that he accidentally set off the building's fire alarm when he lit a paper in the stairwell to watch it burn at 10 p.m. on April 6, according to Director of UR Security Walter Mauldin.
The student claimed that he lit the paper because he had nothing else to do. The house was evacuated when the alarm sounded, and the Rochester Fire Department responded.

I do. Freshman year we had a great deal of fun spraying hairspray on things and then lighting it on fire.
