Subscribe to Comments Updated

After a hard week of studying, I decided to take this morning to upgrade the Subscribe to Comments feature to version 2.0. I have tested it extensively, and it seems to be working fine with a single exception. When deleting a subscription using the Subscription Manager, an error is displayed, but nevertheless the subscription is successfully removed. This hopefully will be fixed shortly.

If you notice any other unusual behavior, please let me know. Thanks!

Update: Should be fixed now.
