Essential Questions of Life

Despite previous boasts of my cooking ability, (1, 2) I still have a lot to learn.

Like, do potatoes ever go bad? Mine have a bunch of buds growing off them, but are still firm not mushy. Ok to eat? Uncharacteristically, Google was unable to answer this fundamental question of life. Hopefully, as I am planning some Bratkartoffeln with my Ungarisches Gulasch and Sauerkraut…

What country am I in again? :-)

Potatoes are okay with buds on them, as long as they aren´t mushy…at leat that´s my take on it, but then again, you seem to be developing into more of a good than me :grin:
