My Ativan for EMS Withdrawal

Well, I don't think my EMS withdrawal symptoms are quite as bad as [1] this man's….
However, an interesting opportunity has arisen to alleviate what moderate symptoms I do have. One of the students here will be finishing her studies shortly and be returning to England. She wants to get a job in a hospital casulty department (ED) or Fire Department/EMS agency, and thus wants to do a very rapid EMT course. The CPR instructor coordinator also is an EMS instructor, and has agreed to provide didactic material (book/slides), as well as an EMT course completion certificate upon passing a final exam. Due to my [2] previous EMS instruction experience, I am to provide a couple practical skill sessions to teach her the skills an EMT is allowed to do beyond her [3] SJA First Aid and [4] Sea Rescue certifications. (Which really isn't much.) Should be fun to actually do some practical stuff, and a nice (short) break from the constant book-learning.
