Subaqua Sternal Rubs

Sorry all, but I haven't updated this site as much as I wanted to - and I've been told by mutiple people that I have been neglectful. Sorry - been busy! But I am still alive, I swear!
The weekend was filled with more RA duties including picking up at airport, moving people that got lucky enough to be moved into an on-campus spot, and occasional studying Tuesday I took the afternoon off to go scuba diving with a friend who was doing a "Discover Scuba Diving" dive. Bascially after a short time in the pool, he was doing his first scuba dive in the ocean, and he hadn't even been snorkeling before. I was given the flag line reel and went down first with my first-term roomate, who also happened to be on the dive boat. I waited on the bottom in a sand patch in about 40 feet of water. My friend and the instructor were supposed to use the flag line attached to me to guide their descent down and meet us on the bottom. After about 8 minutes of waiting, and not seeing anyone, my buddy and I figured that they were having difficulties and we set off to continue the dive in our buddy-pair. (This had been authorized by the instructor - he just wanted us up after 50 minutes…) It ended up being a nice dive, even if shallow (40-60ft) with lots of reef fish, hard and soft coral, and a sting ray. When we got back up to the surface, we found out that my friend did have some initial difficulty getting down, but when he did he was too far away from the flag line (current of 1.2knots), and the instructor didn't want to make him swim. So they completed their own dive, and got to see a turtle!
Well it's lunch now, then hopefully a haircut - it gets kinda warm down here with too much hair, then study time.
