Study Links Obesity to U.S. Residency - So I wonder if anyone has ever done a study on the effect of working EMS/ED on obesity… Always eating out/grabbing whatever food you can… Though maybe it is balanced out by only getting to eat once a day, because you are just too plain busy…

no it’s not balanced out, have you SEEN people who work full time EMS?? I think the average BMI is like 35; everyone I work with bemoans their weight gain and whines about wanting to eat healthier, all while inhaling their cheeseburger-with-fries.
