Club Party

My father is not home for more than 24 hours, and the family "server" computer is completely FUBAR. Luckily my internet connection is over a wireless router, otherwise I would be slightly angered…. 
Anyways, the computer had a blue screen that said deleting everything, and now it won't boot. It won't recognize the hard drive or the CDROM drive, so I can't even try and restore it…
My call into tech support was less than useful, since I could barely hear the technician (never mind understand him.) Evidently in lieu of the holidays, today was "Club Party Day" at the tech support call center, so 50 Cent was blaring in the background. Well maybe better luck later.
Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks

u could do one of 2 things: 1. if it’s a pc threaten it with pics of macs to convey your frustration OR 2. send it for a trip to the caribbean; maybe it just needs a vacation
