EKG Challenge #1

The first in a (possibly, somewhat) regular feature - the EKG challenge. The following is an EKG of a patient who I delivered to the hospital emergency department (where I also happen to work) priority. Why did I do this? Leave comments on your interpreation of the EKG… Answer to be posted in a few days.

Update: Larger version of the EKG can be found here.

Do you have a larger picture? It gets really blurry when I try to zoom in on it. Looks like there might be ST elevations in the Inferior Leads (MI).

Also, glad to hear that you survived!

Carsten Says:

Hey Josh,
Thanks! I am glad I survived too  As far as the EKG, sorry, it looked ok on my computer. I will get a better one up tomorrow, since I am ambulancing/working the overnight at the hospital. Are you still in Rochacha? If so, I may see you, as I will be there for Meliora Weekend.
