Ouch

Ouch… just looked at my credit card statement today…. While I expected it, since I am pretty on top of my spending, all of my pre-departure (shoes/clothes/etc) and house-setting-up purchases really added up. What I don't get is that the minimum payment is only $25. This is only about 2% of what I owe, and only $5 more than when I only owed a quarter of what I do now… Are these credit card companies trying to put me in debt? (Not that I am not already hugely in debt with all these med-school loans. :???: )
